• If your AC has been acting up and hasn't been serviced in six months or longer, this is the one to book
• If we find problems - and on neglected units, we usually do - we fix them during the same visit
• You also avoid the situation where a maintenance tech finds a fault and tells you to book a separate repair visit
• This service typically takes 1 to 3 hours per unit, depending on what we find
• A unit that just needs a gas top-up and a deep clean is on the shorter end
• One with a faulty capacitor, clogged drain, and dirty coils takes the full time
