JBR towers use central chilled water systems with fan coil units in each apartment. Our services include fan coil servicing and motor replacement, duct cleaning and sanitisation, condensate drain flushing, thermostat calibration, and air quality testing. Salt air from the beach causes faster corrosion on exposed components. Fan coil servicing costs AED 300-500 per unit. Duct cleaning for a 2-bedroom apartment runs AED 1,000-1,500. We also offer mould treatment for duct systems -- a common issue in JBR's humid, beachfront environment. Annual maintenance contracts start at AED 700 per apartment.
