Palm Jumeirah properties range from studio apartments to 8-bedroom signature villas, each with different AC systems. Apartment towers use chilled water fan coil units or split systems. Villas run 5-12 central AC units with ground or roof-mounted condensers. Our services include fan coil servicing, split unit maintenance, central AC overhaul, duct cleaning and mould treatment, condenser anti-corrosion treatment, gas refills, compressor repair, and full system replacement. Apartment servicing starts at AED 300 per fan coil unit. Villa maintenance contracts range from AED 2,000-6,000 per year depending on property size.
