What's NOT included?

Replacement of major parts (compressors, motors, tanks) is billed separately, but AMC members get 10–30% off standard rates depending on plan tier. Structural, cosmetic, and pool work are excluded. Full exclusions are in your contract — no surprises.

Can I cancel if I move or I'm unhappy?

Yes. All plans have a 14-day money-back guarantee if you change your mind. After 6 months, you can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice for a prorated refund.

How do you schedule visits?

Your AMC Manager books all scheduled visits at contract signing, and reminds you 48 hours before each. Emergency call-outs are booked on demand via our hotline, WhatsApp, or app.
