कीमत बेडरूम की संख्या पर निर्भर करती है। 2BR विला के लिए AED 650, 3BR विला के लिए AED 850, 4BR विला के लिए AED 1000 और 5BR विला के लिए AED 1200 है। छह और सात बेडरूम वाले विला फिक्स्ड लिस्ट में नहीं हैं, इसलिए उनकी कीमत हम फ़्लोर एरिया जाँचने के बाद तय करते हैं। सामान का खर्च अलग से बताया जाता है, और काम पर 90 दिन की वारंटी है।

पॉलिश के बाद कुछ आदतें फ़िनिश को लंबे समय तक एक समान रखने में मदद करती हैं। बगीचे और पूल के दरवाज़ों पर मैट रखें, खड़े पानी को तुरंत पोंछें, और रेत व किरकिरी को फ़र्श पर चलने से पहले बुहार दें।
