City Walk properties use a mix of central chilled water systems and individual split units. Our services include fan coil maintenance, duct cleaning and sanitisation, split unit installation and repair, gas refills, air quality upgrades, and drainage maintenance. We also handle AC work for ground-floor retail and F&B spaces in the City Walk complex. Apartment AC servicing costs AED 150-250 per unit. Duct cleaning for a 2-bedroom apartment runs AED 1,000-1,500. We offer annual maintenance contracts built for to City Walk's specific building systems, starting at AED 600 per apartment.
