- The prices listed are starting prices for typical scopes of work. The exact quote depends on the property size, parts required, and complexity. We confirm the full price in writing before any work begins - no hidden fees.
- Emergency and after-hours services (after 8 PM, before 8 AM, and on Fridays) are charged at a 50% surcharge on the base service price. Response time is typically within 60 minutes.
- Yes. For larger properties, multi-unit residences, or unusual scopes we provide a free site visit and itemised written quote. Use the "Custom" plan or message us on WhatsApp.
- Absolutely. AMC plan subscribers get priority booking, no call-out fees, and discounted rates on services outside the plan scope. The savings typically pay for the AMC within the first year.
- Cash, all major credit/debit cards, and bank transfer. AMC plans can be paid annually or split into two instalments.
- All workmanship is covered by a 90-day warranty. Manufacturer warranty applies separately to any installed parts. AMC subscribers get extended cover.
