Each contract records what is covered, who can approve work, how visits are booked, and when a separate written quote is required.
Prices include VAT and stay fixed for 12 months. A survey confirms asset count, access rules, operating hours, and any permits before the contract is issued.
Compressors, motors, replacement equipment, fit-out work, civil work, and structural repairs are outside the annual labour scope unless the written contract includes them. We issue a quote before this work starts and apply the plan discount.

The plan covers the listed maintenance labour and scheduled services. Major parts, replacement equipment, fit-out work, and civil work are quoted separately in writing with the relevant plan discount.
Yes. Multi-unit retail businesses can use one account manager, a consolidated maintenance schedule, and combined reporting. We survey the sites and issue a written portfolio scope.
