Compressors, motors, replacement equipment, fit-out work, civil work, and structural repairs are outside the annual labour scope unless the written contract includes them. We issue a quote before this work starts and apply the plan discount.

Fixed warehouse plans start at AED 12,999 per year. Premium is AED 19,999 and Platinum is AED 27,999 for typical single and multi-bay units. Larger sites, cold storage, and specialist installations receive a written quote after a free survey.
Yes. Planned visits are arranged around your shift pattern, including night and weekend slots, so racking aisles and loading bays stay available. The agreed schedule, access process, and site induction requirements are recorded when the contract starts.
Quarterly pest control treatment is included from the Premium plan upward, which matters for food, pharmaceutical, and general storage. Treatment records are issued after each visit for your own compliance file.
Yes. We cover the main Dubai industrial and logistics areas, including Al Quoz, Jebel Ali, Dubai Investment Park, Ras Al Khor, and Dubai South. Gate passes and site inductions are confirmed before the first visit.
