Prices include VAT and stay fixed for 12 months. A survey confirms asset count, access rules, operating hours, and any permits before the contract is issued.
Compressors, motors, replacement equipment, fit-out work, civil work, and structural repairs are outside the annual labour scope unless the written contract includes them. We issue a quote before this work starts and apply the plan discount.

Fixed office plans start at AED 9,999 per year. Premium is AED 14,999 and Platinum is AED 19,999 for typical small and mid-sized premises. Larger or specialist sites receive a written quote after a free survey.
Yes. Planned visits are arranged around your operating hours. The agreed schedule, access process, and building permit requirements are recorded when the contract starts.
Routine labour and the services listed in your plan are included. Major parts, equipment replacement, fit-out work, and civil work are quoted separately in writing with the plan discount applied.
Yes. We cover major Dubai business districts and nearby commercial areas. Access rules and any building permits are confirmed before the first visit.
