Annual Maintenance Contracts

An AMC is a yearly agreement where we provide scheduled preventive maintenance for your home systems (AC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) at a fixed annual price. It ensures your home stays in top condition and helps you avoid unexpected breakdown costs.

Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. We will prorate the difference for the remaining months on your contract. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.

Any service not covered under your AMC plan can still be booked at your discounted rate (10%, 20%, or 30% depending on your plan). We will always provide a transparent quote before starting any additional work.

After signing up, your dedicated account manager will contact you to set up a maintenance calendar that fits your schedule. You will receive reminders before each visit, and you can reschedule if needed.

You can cancel your AMC within the first 30 days for a full refund if no services have been rendered. After 30 days, a pro-rated refund is available minus any services already performed at their standard rates.

Currently, our AMC services cover all areas within Dubai. For properties in Sharjah, Ajman, and Abu Dhabi, please contact us for a custom quote as additional travel charges may apply.

We service all major AC brands including Carrier, Daikin, LG, Samsung, Midea, General, Toshiba, Gree, Chigo, and more. Our technicians carry parts for the most common models.

Our expert will visit your property at no cost, assess the number and condition of your home systems, and recommend the most suitable AMC plan. There is absolutely no obligation to sign up after the visit.
