Centralised chiller systems: Some of the larger towers and newer developments in JVC use chilled water systems with fan coil units (FCUs) in each apartment. Ducted split systems: Townhouses and some villa-style units in JVC use ducted split systems -- a single outdoor unit connected to an indoor unit in the ceiling void, distributing air through ducts to each room.
