City Walk is a small, central Dubai district of low-rise residential buildings, mostly six to eight floors, completed between 2016 and 2019. A callout takes about 120 minutes, which is enough to test the affected circuits, make the repair and check the result with you before we leave. Materials such as breakers, sockets or light fittings are quoted separately, and you approve the figure before anything is fitted. The work is covered by a 90 day warranty.
