Victory Heights is a quiet villa community around the Els Golf Club, with Dubai Sports City next door. Most homes here are four and five bedroom villas built between 2012 and 2016. Plots of that size usually have a front lawn, planted borders and a larger rear garden, so the irrigation is rarely one simple circuit. It is normally split into several zones for turf, shrubs and trees, each with its own valve and run time.

Systems that have been in the ground for close to a decade tend to fail in familiar ways. Pop-up heads crack or stick after years of mowing, nozzles clog and the spray pattern drifts, and solenoid valves weaken until a zone barely comes on. Drip lines get nicked during replanting or landscaping work, and controllers can lose their programming. What you notice is brown patches on the lawn, soggy edges beside paths, or water running when it should not be.

The work is almost entirely outdoors, so we seldom need to come into the house. We need access to the side gate, the controller and the valve boxes. If a job needs approval, for example a change that affects shared boundaries, we say so beforehand and you would go through building management or the owners association. We agree a visit time with you. A morning slot works well because we can watch each zone run and check coverage before the heat builds.

Prices start from AED 800. For villas in Victory Heights the figures that apply most often are AED 3200 for a 4BR villa and AED 3900 for a 5BR villa. A 3BR villa is AED 2700. These cover the labour for installation and repair. Materials are quoted separately, so replacement heads, valves or a new controller are listed and agreed with you before we fit anything.

Once the repair is done we run every zone in turn, check for overspray onto walls and paths, and set the timings to suit your planting. The work carries a 90 day warranty.
