A 3 bedroom apartment is AED 1200, a 4 bedroom is AED 1500 and a 5+ bedroom apartment is AED 1800. The price covers the technician's time for a visit of about 180 minutes. Materials are quoted separately, so you see the cost of any parts before they are fitted.

Access in a low-rise garden community is usually straightforward, with no long lift journeys, though it is worth confirming contractor access and parking with your building management or owners association before the day. When you book, give us the building name, the floor and a nearby landmark such as the community pool or Onyx Tower, so the technician goes to the right entrance first time. Because the visit runs about three hours, a morning start normally finishes in the early afternoon.
