Furniture assembly here is rarely about grand pieces. It is usually a bed frame, a wardrobe, a TV unit and a small table going into a compact flat, often for a tenant arriving within the week. Pricing follows the size of the unit, not the brand of the furniture. A studio with 1 to 2 items is AED 180. A 1BR with 2 to 3 items is AED 250. A 2BR apartment with 3 to 5 items is AED 350. Those figures cover labour. Materials such as replacement screws or wall fixings are quoted separately, and the finished work carries a 90 day warranty.
